8. West Point Marina. Would the initiative apply to West Point Marina?

The project is currently under construction and all entitlements have been granted by the approving agencies. The existing use permit describes a multi-phase build out. In the event that the project changes significantly from the existing plan described in the environmental review and use permit, it is possible that the initiative could apply to those changes.
